When booking your fishing or hunting adventure, do inquire about our beautiful lodges. We at Big Lake Guide Service offer you three fully furnished spacious lodges located on the banks of Calcasieu Lake, just 30 minutes south of Lake Charles, Louisiana. All lodges are private rentals. We do not put parties together. Each lodge is furnished with all the comforts of home, including barbeque pits.

Lodge #1 - Accomodates up to 9 people.

1 Queensize bed and 8 single beds with two bathrooms. It is located at 220 Bank St. in Hebert's Settlement. The lodge is located one block off of Calcasieu Lake and is two blocks from our private dock on the lake.

Lodge #2 - Duplex - Accomodates up to 12 people.

Duplex #1 - The Red Fish, Accomodates up to 6 people.
1 queen size, 5 single beds and two bathrooms. It is located at 141 Pelican Point Rd., just north of Hebert's Marina. This beautiful waterfront home is located on Calcasieu Lake and is adjacent to our private dock, where all fishermen will depart.

Duplex #2 - The Blue Fish, Accomodates up to 6 people.
1 queen size, 5 single beds and two bathrooms. It is located at 141 Pelican Point Rd., just north of Hebert's Marina. This beautiful waterfront home is located on Calcasieu Lake and is adjacent to our private dock, where all fishermen will depart.

Lodge #3 - Accomodates up to 7 people.

Lodge #3 - Accomodates up to 7 people.
2 queen size beds, 5 single beds and two bathrooms. It is located at 145 Oliver St. in the old settlement. This spacious lodge is located one block off of Calcasieu Lake and is about 5 minutes from the dock.

Please note that meals are not included in the lodge rental. Upon request, our well known chef (who wears many hats) Captain Mary Poe will serve up the most mouthwatering cajun cuisine you have ever eaten. She has a variety of menu's to choose from, but her specialty is fresh seafood dishes, served at your lodge. We will prepare three meals a day for you.
